By booking a tour or workshop with FWJ, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Full payment must be completed as per the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
  • Your booking is confirmed only after we receive full payment.

2. CANCELLATION & REFUND

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before the tour date will receive a refund minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 60 days of the tour are non-refundable.
  • No shows or early departures will not be eligible for any refund.

3. TOUR CHANGES

  • FWJ reserves the right to change itineraries, destinations, or accommodations due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We will make every effort to provide a similar experience, but no refunds will be issued for changes.

4. TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participants are responsible for being physically fit and prepared for the trip.
  • You must follow the guide’s instructions for your safety and the safety of the group.
  • Ensure you have valid travel documents, visas, and vaccinations, if required.

5. PHOTOGRAPHY & CONTENT

  • You are free to use your images for personal use.
  • Commercial use of images taken during our tours may require prior written permission.
  • FWJ may use tour images for promotional purposes with credit to the photographer.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

  • Respect wildlife, local communities, fellow travelers, and the environment.
  • Unsafe or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the activity.

7. LIABILITY & INSURANCE

  • Travel and medical insurance are strongly recommended for every participant.
  • FWJ is not liable for events outside our reasonable control.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

  • We handle your personal information in line with our privacy practices.

9. GENERAL TERMS

  • These terms are governed by applicable laws in India.
  • We may update these terms when needed; the current version is published on this website.
